How it works

  1. Tell us what broke or what worries you

Describe the symptom in your own words: the site won't load, the phone number is wrong, the ads stopped, you can't log in. A screenshot helps.

  2. We find the cause before we touch anything

We check the domain, hosting, site software and accounts, then explain what went wrong, what the fix involves and what it costs.

  3. Fix it, then keep it fixed

We make the repair, test it on a phone and set up the checks that stop it happening again. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

A trades website rarely fails in a dramatic way. More often the domain renewal lapses, a plugin update breaks the quote page, the phone number on Google is one digit wrong, or the person who knew the password left two years ago. Each of these quietly costs calls. Trades.Support keeps that from happening, and helps you fast when it already has. We are a Canadian support service for trades businesses, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

We don't do trade work. We don't fix furnaces, wire panels, patch roofs or replace pipes. What we fix is the marketing side of your business: the website, the listings and the accounts that make your phone ring.

What we look after

Our work falls into five kinds of support, and most clients use two or three of them together.

  • Urgent website help. The site is down, showing a warning, redirecting to spam or loading a blank page. We diagnose it in plain language before we bill for a repair.
  • Maintenance plans. Scheduled updates, backups, renewal tracking and a monthly look at the things that break quietly.
  • Fixes and content changes. New prices, a new service, a changed service area, a broken button or a page that looks wrong on a phone.
  • Account and access recovery. Getting your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile and ad accounts back into your company's name.
  • Ongoing marketing upkeep. Monthly care of your Google profile, review replies, ad health and call tracking.

If you're not sure which you need, read how to choose a support service or simply describe the problem when you call.

Why trades websites break more than people expect

Trades sites tend to be built once, in a burst of effort, and then left alone while the owner gets back on the tools. That is understandable, and it is exactly why they fail.

A typical small-business site depends on at least four separate things: a domain registration, a DNS setup, a hosting account and the site software itself. Each has its own renewal date, login and failure mode. Add a Google Business Profile, a Google Ads account, a Meta page and a call-tracking number, and you have eight or more accounts, often spread across three or four people's email addresses.

Here is what we see most often when an owner calls us:

  1. A renewal notice went to an old employee's inbox and the domain or hosting expired.
  2. An automatic update broke the theme, so the menu or call button stopped working on phones.
  3. The site was hacked through an outdated plugin and now redirects some visitors elsewhere.
  4. A past agency holds the Google Ads or Business Profile login and isn't returning calls.
  5. The website shows old prices or a closed rebate program, and customers are quoting it back at the office.

None of these needs a new website. Each needs someone to find the cause and fix it properly.

A quick sum: what a broken site costs

Downtime is easy to shrug off until you put a number on it. Use your own figures in this example.

Say your website and Google listing produce 15 calls a week in your busy season, you book 40% of them, and your average job is worth $700. That is about 6 booked jobs, or roughly $4,200 of work, each week. If a lapsed renewal takes your site and email offline for nine days before anyone notices, you could lose most of that week and a half, or around $5,400 of booked work, plus the customers who simply call a competitor next time.

The cost of preventing it, by comparison, is a renewal calendar, a backup and someone who checks. That is the whole argument for maintenance in one paragraph.

How we work

We work in the same order every time: find the cause, explain it, fix it, then prevent it.

  • Diagnosis before invoices. We tell you what is wrong and what fixing it involves before work starts.
  • Plain language. You'll hear "your domain renewal failed because the card on file expired", not a wall of jargon.
  • Your accounts, your name. Every login we touch ends up recorded and registered to your business.
  • Phone-first testing. Most of your customers find you on a phone, so every fix is checked on one.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Call, text or email, and we usually reply within one business day. We don't promise instant response times we can't keep, and we'll tell you honestly how long a fix will take. Read more about who we are.

Proof from our HVAC work

Our track record comes from heating and HVAC companies, the trade where Ali Sedighi has built more than 150 live websites. These are results from our HVAC work, not from other trades, and we show them because large, busy sites only stay valuable when someone keeps them running.

  • HeatLand has 850+ SEO articles and reported a 300% lead increase in 6 months.
  • BoilerPart.ca runs 2,000+ programmatic pages with 180% organic traffic growth.
  • Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

See what those sites demonstrate, and what transfers to your trade, on our results page.

Coverage and pricing

We support trades businesses in all ten provinces and three territories from Vancouver. Regional details such as Quebec's French-language rules for websites or changing provincial energy programs are covered on our areas page.

Plans follow the Trades.Agency family pricing, from $1,999/month, or $1,499/month on annual billing, plus GST/HST for Canadian clients. The first consultation is free and there's no lock-in. See pricing for what each plan includes, or read our guides on handling a website emergency yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What does Trades.Support actually do?

We look after the websites and marketing accounts of trades businesses: routine maintenance, one-off fixes, help when a site goes down or gets hacked, recovering lost logins, and monthly upkeep of Google profiles, reviews and ads. We are a marketing support service, not a trade contractor.

My website is down right now. What should I do first?

Call or text (604) 632-4959 and describe what you see. While you wait, check whether your domain or hosting renewal notice landed in a spam folder; an expired renewal is one of the most common causes. We answer Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific; expect a reply within one business day as a rule.

Do you only support websites you built?

No. Most sites we're asked to support were built by someone else, often a past agency, a relative or a freelancer who has moved on. We start with a review of what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Trades.Agency family plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is cheaper but optional.

Will I own my website and accounts?

Yes. Part of our support is making sure your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile and ad accounts are registered to your company, not to us or anyone else. If they aren't, fixing that is usually our first job.

Are you a contractor?

No. We never install, repair or service anything in a home or building. We support the website, listings and marketing that bring your trade its customers.
