The fastest way to choose is by symptom. If your site is down or acting strangely right now, you need urgent website help. If it works but nobody has looked after it in a year, you need a maintenance plan. If something specific is wrong, it's a fix or change. If you can't log in, start with access recovery. And if the site is fine but your Google profile, reviews and ads are drifting, that is marketing upkeep.
-
Urgent website help
A down, hacked or broken site diagnosed in plain language, with the cause found and the fix explained before money is spent.
-
Website maintenance plans
Updates, backups, renewals and monthly checks done on a schedule, so small problems are caught before customers notice them.
-
Fixes and content changes
New prices, a changed service area, a broken button or a wrong phone number corrected properly and checked on a phone.
-
Account and access recovery
Your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile and ad accounts back under your company's name, with a written record of who holds what.
-
Ongoing marketing upkeep
Your Google profile, reviews, ads and tracking looked after every month, so the marketing you already paid for keeps working.
Urgent website help
Choose this when the site is down, hacked, showing a security warning, redirecting visitors elsewhere or missing the way customers reach you.
We start by finding the cause, because an outage can come from four different places: the domain, DNS, hosting or the site itself. We tell you which one it is, what the repair involves and what it costs, and then we fix it. Afterwards we explain how to stop the same failure from coming back. We're at work Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific and usually reply within one business day; if you are mid-crisis, the emergency triage guide lists the checks you can do yourself first.
Website maintenance plans
Choose this when the site works today but no one is clearly responsible for keeping it working.
A plan covers the dull, regular jobs that prevent most emergencies: software and plugin updates, tested backups, renewal dates for the domain and hosting, security certificate checks and a monthly look at the pages that matter most. It suits owners who want one named place to call and fewer surprises in peak season.
Fixes and content changes
Choose this when you know what's wrong: an old price, a removed service, a new town you now serve, a phone number that changed, a button that doesn't work on an iPhone.
These jobs look small, but they are where many sites slowly go wrong. A change made in a hurry often breaks something else, or gets made on one page and missed on six others. We make the change everywhere it appears, test it on a phone, and note it in your site's change log.
Account and access recovery
Choose this when you can't get into your own domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta page or analytics, or when you're not sure who owns them.
This is often the first job for businesses leaving a previous agency or a freelancer who has stopped answering. We work through each account with you, using the platform's official ownership and recovery routes, and finish with a written register of every account, its owner and its renewal date. Some recoveries take days because the platforms move slowly; we'll say so up front.
Ongoing marketing upkeep
Choose this when the website is healthy but the marketing around it needs regular care.
Upkeep means keeping your Google Business Profile accurate, replying to reviews, checking that ads are spending on the right searches, confirming that call tracking still forwards to the right phone, and sending you a short monthly summary. It's maintenance for marketing, rather than a full new campaign.
If you're still unsure
Describe the symptom when you get in touch and we'll place it. Owners often think they need a new website when they really need a renewal fixed and a few pages updated, and the difference in cost is large.
How the services fit together
Most clients combine two or three. A common pattern:
| Situation | Usual starting point | Usual next step |
|---|---|---|
| Site down after a renewal lapsed | Urgent help | Maintenance plan with a renewal calendar |
| Left an agency, no logins | Access recovery | Fixes, then marketing upkeep |
| Site fine, details out of date | Fixes and changes | Maintenance plan |
| Calls dropped but site loads | Urgent help (diagnosis) | Marketing upkeep |
Every engagement begins with a free consultation. Plans and terms are on the pricing page, and our FAQ covers contracts, ownership and what happens if you've been burned by an agency before.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use one service without the others?
Yes. Many owners first call about a single urgent problem. Once it's fixed, some move to a maintenance plan and some don't. We'll tell you whether ongoing support is worth it for your site.
Which service should I start with if everything feels broken?
Start with access recovery. You can't safely fix a website or an ad account you don't control, so we confirm who holds each login first, then repair in order of what costs you the most calls.
Do you rebuild websites?
Only when repair would cost more than replacement, and we'll show you the comparison. For new builds we refer you to the Trades.Agency website packages rather than rebuilding by default.
Do you touch our trade work, permits or equipment?
Never. We work only on websites, online listings and marketing accounts. Everything on site at a customer's property stays with you and your licensed crew.
