You can reach Trades.Support by phone or text at (604) 632-4959, or by email at Ali@Sedighi.ca. We work Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages that arrive outside those hours wait for the next working day, and we usually reply within one business day. Every message reaches a senior strategist, not a call centre. The more you can tell us at the start, the faster we can find the cause of the problem.
What happens next
Tell us the basics
Business, city, website and the problem to solve.
We review it
We look at your site and local search results first.
We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
What to include in your message
A good first message is short and specific, and a text is a welcome way to send it. Include whatever you have:
- Your website address and business name.
- What's wrong, in your words. "Site shows a security warning", "phone number on Google is wrong", "can't log in to our ads".
- When it started, and whether anything changed around then: an update, a new provider, a staff member leaving, a payment card expiring.
- A screenshot of any error message or warning, taken on a phone if that's where you saw it.
- Who built the site and who looked after it last, if you know.
- What you have access to: domain registrar, hosting, site admin, Google Business Profile, ad accounts. "None" is a perfectly common answer.
Please don't send passwords by text or email. We'll arrange proper access once we know what's needed.
Templates you can copy
If you're not sure what to write, adapt one of these. Replace the brackets.
For a broken site:
"Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. Our website [website address] has been [describe the problem] since [day]. Nothing changed that we know of, except [anything relevant]. We have access to [list what you can log in to]. Screenshot attached."
For a list of changes:
"Hi, this is [Your name] at [Business name]. We need these updates on [website address]: [change 1], [change 2], [change 3]. The new [phone number / hours / price] is [detail]. Can you tell us what's involved?"
For lost accounts:
"Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. Our previous provider [Provider name] set up our [website / Google listing / ads] and we no longer have the logins. We'd like everything moved into our company's name."
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, and ask any questions we need.
- Free consultation. A 30-minute conversation, free for eligible trades businesses, about the problem and your setup.
- Diagnosis and a written scope. For a broken site or lost accounts, we find the cause and tell you what the fix involves and costs.
- Your decision. Nothing beyond the diagnosis goes ahead without your approval.
- Work and handover. We fix, test on a phone, and give you notes on what we did and your account register.
If your site is down right now
Send a text with your website address and a screenshot, then work through the first checks in our emergency triage guide while you wait. Look for renewal or payment-failure notices from your domain registrar or host, including in spam folders. Tell whoever answers your phones that the website is down, so they can take details from callers who can't find you online.
Where we work from
We're based in Vancouver and support trades businesses in every province and territory. Atlantic clients are four hours ahead of us and Newfoundland four and a half, so a message sent in your morning reaches us at the start of our day. You can consult with us online by video call or in person, and the support work itself runs by call, text and shared access to your accounts.
Before you reach out
You may find answers faster in our FAQ or on the services page. If you're comparing providers, our guide on choosing a support plan lists the questions worth asking anyone, including us.
Trades.Support is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, run from Vancouver, BC. We support websites and marketing; we don't send anyone to a job site.
Frequently asked questions
Should I call, text or email?
Text is quickest for a short urgent message with a screenshot. Email suits longer lists of changes or account details. Call when you'd rather talk it through. All three reach the same small senior team.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply, usually within one business day, ask any questions we need, and arrange the free consultation. For a broken site, we start with a diagnosis and explain the cause and cost before any repair.
Should I send passwords by text or email?
No. Don't send passwords in a message. Where possible we'll ask you to add us as a separate user on each account, which you can remove at any time.
Do you take calls outside business hours?
Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Send a text or email any time and we'll pick it up when we're next working, usually within one business day.
